The space is intended to feel like a warehouse loft conversion. In fact, tenants get the best of both worlds, pairing urban loft feel with all the benefits of new construction. The Abigail has exposed ceilings, concrete floors in the living area and carpeted bedrooms. Interiors were designed to be functional but still comfortable. Materials and surfaces are meant to be used. From the deep laundry tub sink for cleaning out your art supplies, to the concrete floors, these spaces are meant to be lived in and enjoyed.
