The Abigail is the first urban living experience specifically built for students and recent grads who are interested in living downtown.

Our location is within brief walking distance from all the major colleges and universities in the area as well as major employers like Grant Hospital and the Statehouse.   Parking is available through area schools, employers, and private lots.  We do not provide parking but would be happy to arrange a spot for you.  However, it is our sincere hope that living at The Abigail will allow you the luxury of not having to rely on your car.  Walk, and enjoy your city.
