  • You will call our emergency maintenance line and be connected to a team member

  • We are a pet friendly community that allows up to 2 pets per apartment home. We have a few breed restrictions with a weight limit of 65lbs per pet

  • You may schedule a tour online through our website or call our office to speak with a live person who can assist in scheduling the tour

FAQ Student-International Questions

  • Yes!

    • Completed application

    • Foreign passport with I-551 permanent residency stamp (green card status) or with a valid work Visa, or with a Form I-94 or I-94A, Form 1-766 or F1 Student Visa.

    • Visa documents must be current and extend through the term of the lease. If the documents expire prior to the lease end date, the applicant is denied.

    • Copies of documents are to be uploaded to Entrata or Onesite.

    • If an applicant’s I-20 or F1 Visa documents are pending, proof of Visa application submission must be submitted with the rental application. Applicant must provide an approved Visa within 30 days of

    • Lease signing or the lease will be cancelled. Security Deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee if Visa documents are not provided or approved.
